01 chevy blazer gear cluster issue

When i but my suv into reverse it acts as its in
neutral, and when it reads its in neutral it acts as
its in drive. My blazer is a colum shift, does anyone
have any idea what it could be?

How do I tighten that? I've looked at it and I don't think it's broken but I'm not sure where the tighten it at
