Speedometer only gauge working - 02 Trailblazer

Electrical issue: battery being drained (brand
new).  Worked fine one start.  Then next start
all my front dash lights lit up, and every
gauge wouldn’t work except the
speedometer.  Drivers side controls for
window also not working. Radio not
functioning. Rear windows controls work in
back seat.

But the strange thing is first start up there
was no issue.

Electrical needs to be checked for "ripple" to find the drain. Gauges could be bad stepper motors, bad ground, or bad ignition switch.
