02 Chevy trailblazer

My trailblazer blew out all the radiator fluid  all over
under the hood and the temp sky rocketed I don't
know what happend people have told me the water
pump?? Or a hose blew?? I don't know and I don't
want to take it to a shop and get screwed over

Open hood and look first. Hose burst, cap blew off, water pump blew out bearings, pinhole leak in radiator. If not obvious use a pressure tester and see where air is escaping.

Or if not obvious overheat her again with the hood open and see where she’s spraying from lmao

My car did the same thing but it was the radiator itself. It came apart from the top, like the top piece separated from all the cooling fins.
