i have a service vehicle soon light on, how do i correct it?

disconnect the battery, and let it sit for a few mins (1 - 3 mins) then re-connect it, and it should be gone if not, then you may want to get it checked out. I know with dodge you press the brake a few times and something blinks for a certain amount of time, gives you the code and then re-sets itself, but I don't think Chevy allows that option.

go to autozone or o reilys. they have a scanner you can read whats wrong and clear it with. its free.

Not all AutoZone's turn it off. For me, I tried that and all they gave me was a code... I know they tried to look it up but wasn't in the system so ended up having to go to the dealer anyways.
