Abs light stays on back tire locks up

My abs light stays on and when I hit the
brakes the rear driverside tire locks up and
the brakes are touchy. Rear tire will lock up
Everytime if your not careful. Please help
this is my only car and it is dangous to drive
on wet roads. I've bleed the break system
twice
