Can I put 5 lug wheels from a 1998 Dodge 1500 on my 1997 Ford F150 ext cab flareside 4x2?

I put 15" dodge wheels on a ford ranger and it worked just fine.

The lugs are the same but the center of the wheel has to be cut out a bit to clear the fords front rotors.
