Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When i hit 4x4 or 4LO on the dash the control
module does not click. I have run the self test on
two different modules and both are good. What
could be the problem?

Also, no lights come on, on the 4x4 selector switch and I have manual hubs.

No, but will that stop my control module relay from even clicking, I have taken the motor off, and my t case works manually.

Ok, thank you, you are the first person to actually just answer the question instead of talking about manual vs auto hubs, or just saying swap it for a manual t case. Thank you. Ill try the shift motor, and double check the wiring.

Ok, took the motor apart, the stop bushing was broken, fixed it with a little online help. Aligned the motor with the t case on 2H bolted it back up, but my 4x4 light stays on, on the dash and switch. It clicked at the relay, but wouldnt engage 4x4, no fuses blown.

Sure did, it turns both ways. Is there a way to reset something, maybe the module has learned 2H as the wrong spot?
