2000 Ford Lightning tire wear problems

I have a 2000 ford lightning and The tires are wearing to the wires on the inside on the front of the truck. I had ford replace the front end put new tires on and do a alignment a little while later while doing an oil change i saw the wear on the tires. So i suspected negative camber from the way it looked but when I took it in for an alignment everything was still in spec???
