Misfire will cause the engine to shake, how is the suspension and engine and transmission mounts? Exhaust loose?

Not sure it's a misfire. Car runs fine any other time. Only happens when taking off from stops and it's not all the time. Engine mounts from what I see are OK. Just replaced spark plugs and wires. Suspension is fairly new. And exhaust use to have a separation in the back of the car but used exhaust tape to put it back together
