Problems with a 2000 camry not starting

Hi my husband tried checking his
battery while the car was still
running and the harness hit the
positive side of his battery and
sparked and the car shut off now
the car wont start the lights come
on inside the car and the alarm
still works but the car wont start
hes checked the battery its 91%
charged so its not the battery
what else do you think it could be

don't eliminate the battery so fast, they could test good and be bad. did you try to jump start it? at least you will know that it will start. how old is the battery? 4 years old is about the life span.

10 and a half months. Tried jump starting but no crank no start. I found the power outlet fuse blown and changed it still no start. Ive check all the fuses seem to be good except that one

I moved it off and car killed what does the fusible link exactly look like is it on the side by the starter ?

check the 100 AMP fuse in fuse box under hood I believe its white and big not a regular looking fuse. If its blown those actually bolt in.
