My 1999 Camry is not starting I put new spark
plug , ignition coil , and fuel pump and
something when I turn the key she if very
close to starting

Probably crossed ignition wires. Did it run prior to the new parts? Are you getting spark and can you hear the fuel pump run just as you turn the key?
