There is a loud clunk sound when you put to DRVE from NEUTRAL and from Neutal to Reverse. Perfect from PARK to any GEAR. Also, a clunk sound when it shifts to 3rd gear in 40-60 km/hr range

Well the things to check would be the u-joints in the drive shaft, when worn out bad they will clunk. Determine where the sound is coming from, have someone sift the vehicle for you while you listen, check back at the rear differential, clunk could be coming from there also.

It's mostly from the rear end of the car. Thank you for your time and reply.

If its a u-joint it will get worse and make itself known. Check for play, turn it see how it feels. If it moves around its time to replace.
