I cannot get my 1998 toyota camry to start.

My car wouldnt start one day, all the lights were on
in car and when I turned the key it clicked and
everything shut off, they couldnt get lights to come
back on. Had battery checked and checked out
fine. Replaced starter and still nothing. Please
help!!

could be the ECM , scan for codes and get the definitions , personal test equipment is better than taking it to auto zoo .
