1998 Toyota Camry won't start

Battery is fine well not crank all interior
lights come on we jump the battery all the
radio all interior lights come on when you
turn the switch there's no sound nothing
works cannot figure out what to do we've
checked the relay switch the all the and all
the fuses are okay help please

Take a small hammer and tap....tap.....tap the starter motor while someone else attempts a restart. Get back sith result.
