2001 4runner .....when you go to pull out it will idle but wont go when youd expect to. or it will wait till you pull out say about 10 feet then just idle and wont go. no throttlr response.

is it a throttle control or something ? some one  was saying traction control. some
mechanic saying its a glitch in the computer system used in the 2001 .
