Most vehicles have a transmission cooler inside the radiator. When that fails, transmission fluid and coolant mix and destroy your transmission. Do NOT drive your vehicle. Have it towed to a shop and diagnosed. If they determine the trans cooler has failed, you'll need a new radiator and a full transmission flush at the very least.
