where is fuse for power windows, new switch and new motor and all windows will now work

I have a 99 pontiac grand prix and my radio sun roof and air stopped working at the same time i just found the fuse box thats in the inside of the car i noticed that the 20A POWER WDO fuse was a diffrent color like a gold color is that the normal color because im thinking that is what blew
