I have a 06 grand prix gt 3.8 v6 It looks like a new ignition switch was put in and and a used lock cylinder installed in the switch. I have tried the sequence of turning the key on for 10 minutes and off for 10 seconds 3 times and it will not start . The message center still says antitheft will not start. What is wrong or what am I doing wrong?
