"dic" "00 in every index"? Are you talking about a disc player and tracks?

ive only seen this once, through the info tree i basically came across as it needing a program to your car. gm can do this not sure how much, im assuming a labor charge. not sure if there's any other fixes or not though

I can only ASSume that the dealer will have to tell the dic you have installed to accept the coded info from the computer (s) in your car. I hope the dic is at least the same model and year as your car. GOOD LUCK!!!!!
