how do i check my fuel injectors and clean them if needed

Check them, if they are working or if they are clean? Working is to either test them with an OHM meter or use a stethoscope to listen for the clicking while its running. Cleanliness is just adding the fuel injector stuff. I can't guarantee that Seafoam will help but I have personally seen it help in many cases. Just add it to your gas next time you fill up. Add a can every oil change, so every 3000 miles add Seafoam to your tank. When is your next oil change?
