Locked as in it has a key slot present or as in it seized? If key lock try your car keys if seized pop the door sill trim off, lift the carpet and unbolt it from the floor and remove the cable from the mechanism. With a pair of pliers you should be able to pull on the cable end and open the trunk. If not here's a practical joke played on me with my Toyota.... My car has a release beside the drivers door and a key in the trunk, turn the key one way and it opens the trunk. Turn it the other way and it locks the trunk so the release doesnt work!
