MY RADIO "CODE" FAILED!! The anti-theft thing turned on when i jump started my car, i tried the code 3 times, and now im locked out!!! HELP ME!!!!

I jump started my car and in doing so, the anti-theft system on the radio was activated, meaning i need a code to get my radio to work again. i found the code in my cars manual and followed the directions to input it precisely. THE CODE FAILED 3 TIMES!!! i dont know what i could've done differently. some one please help??
my manual advised i go to a dealership. :(

You need dealership help. While there, ask to watch what they do, and for your updated code.
