2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee is shaking and check engine light flashes

2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee is periodically shaking and check engine light
flashes.  It happened in December of 2017 and two times recently in Jan
2018.
Occurs for about 30-45 seconds and then goes back to normal.  Do I need
to get this checked out?  What could it be??

It happens while driving between 15-30MPH.  Usually after breaking to a
stop or slowing down.  It JUST had an oil change.  It is the dead of winter in
OH.
