My jeep has 3 positions, 4 ALL
DRIVE, neutral and 4Lo.  What
should I be driving it in for
normal daily driving?  Thanks

Does the knob look like this? If so, just as shown for daily driver (click image for full screen)

Is it 'Quadra drive"? Every site that claims to have the manual won't let me in because my virus protection lights up like the 4th of July, and they are all the same - https://brinroijespha.files.wordpress.com/ - so don't try to get them. Hopefully you have the manual if yours is different than shown
