I have a 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.2, the battery keeps draining as if the vehicle is operating off of only the battery, only while its running. The alternator has been replaced and the battery is new, everything has been checked a second time to make sure they were good. However the battery continues to drain. I have traced all wires from the battery, alternator, and starter, but have found no damage. I have also replaced the Voltage Regulator. Any ideas for me?

Have the starter or starter solenoid checked out. Very typical battery draining.
