Thumping under hood

Jeep starts thumping under the left area
of the hood only when accelerating and
has trouble accelerating when its
thumping. Idk what it could be and I can't
seem to find any macanics to check it for
free since I have no money and all the
liquids are good I've checked them several
times. Anyone know what this could be
and how long the car might last

Sounds like a bad motor mount. Try doing this open hood put vehicle in drive hold one foot on the brake and use the other foot to accelerate check to see if motor moves when doing this also do the in reverse also. If motor moves like it’s going to jump out of the vehicle motor mount is bad.
