my jeeps temperture runs around 210 sometimes a hair above is that normal

If it runs hot on the highway, check the small vacuum line that goes from the intake manifold to the valve cover. If it is clogged, the engine will run hot on the highway and cooler at lower speeds. Another symptom of this is oil on the air filter.
