Lock cylinder issues

So i have purchased a new lock cylinder and ive
installed it properly however now I have no crank
an no spark the lights all turn on and the key turns
the lock like it should but nothing happens what do
I look for now

I think you have a obscurity system issue or you did not hook up the wires correctly. I would also check fuses in case you shorted a wire and blew a fuse.

The new one shows the same symptoms as the old one that broke when the old one broke is there a potential it blew the ignition switch as well as say a fuse or caused a security issue if its a security issue how do on fix it

Is there anyway to reset the problem from home I cannot afford to do both or let alone one
