check your ecm its a a problem in your computer is not telling your fuel pump to turn on
my father had a 2001 and he kept having problems with the fuel pump ended up being a ground wire on the pump wire harness
I checked the grounds and voltage they both seem good. I also swapped relays and they are good. I'm stumped.
