I have replaced a the circuits that connect the bulbs, also replaced the bulbs,
replaced the fuses and tested the fuses. I have no idea what the problem could
be.

Sounds like a bad ground.

Thats actually what i was thinking but i was not 100%. Could it be the Brake Switch?
