turning over is cranking , You're saying it won't start , is the module getting a signal ? Is there an injector pulse ? Only in one ?

It started 1 time this morning then won't start again. I'm waiting on my help to get here to see if module is getting a signal.

I have determined that i have a short in my steering column. I can turn on the key switch and dash don't light up or buzzer doesn't work knock on top of steering column and dash lights up then it will crank

I have another problem now-i can drive truck for 20 miles and then when I stop the truck is idled high and transmission not shifting right. Sorry trips are fine longer trips you never know when it happens while driving. When it's idle up high if you give it has hard while moving it will cough and pop then pick back up. Any thoughts?
