Please help!!! I've been using My Hazard Lights to Stop!! Sounds Crazy, but it has been working!! I need my brake light!!

It's asking Me for an answer in this area?? I just don't have my answer I need in regards to the problem at hand: My Brake Lights do Not Work,, have tried,"Trouble Shooting" all the possibilities at hand?? PLEASE HELP??? I've been using My,"Hazard Lights" when time to Stop.....
