2000 Ford crown Victoria

Asked by Artemis Aug 20, 2020 at 09:12 PM about the 2000 Ford Crown Victoria LX

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just had to replace the front  driver side ball joint , front
tires still feel like wabbleing. Next door neighbor said it
needed a part that goes on the passenger front side that
holds the tires straight  and looks like a dog bone ? Does
anybody have any idea what the name of part is?

Stabilizer bar link. But if you feel the wheels wobbling, have them checked for balance. Also when you had the ball joint replaced, did you have an alignment done? You should. Also when you take the car into the tire shop to have the tires balanced and alignment, have them check the steering and suspension components for wear.
