2003 silverado 2500hd wont roll over after frame replaced

I have a 2003 chevy 2500hd  that had a bad frame, so I replaced it. now it wont crank over at all.  was wondering if this could be an antitheft case because it had been unplugged for over a month. I suspect a bad connection on a plug, but I can not find one, or the park/neutral switch Any suggestions would help. Also the fuel pump only turns over short quick bursts then shuts off.   and I have jumped the starter solenoid, the truck will turn over but will not start. The truck was running great before the the frame swap and the starter is brand new
