Power going to everything when battery is unplugged

I changed. Put my battery cables and my
alternator. Then my dash lights kept flickering
on and off.  Then shortly after that my truck
caught I fire electrical. I had a loose enrage
cable and in the process it got melted to the
sudewall. Now even though I unhooked the
battery. The truck has power going to
everything???
