No tails lights but I have power going to them

I have power going to my tail lights on my Chevy
Silverado and I have break lights it's the same bulb
as my tail lights

Not sure what exactly you are asking here, if you know you have power going to your tale lights but they aren't cutting on it may be a blub, if they are repeatedly doing it could be a short in the socket or somewhere else.
