Rought running

Just replace the steering column in a 01
Silverado 1500 and now we're having rough
ldle issues and rough in all gears also loss
of power. Please help

I reset the security for passlock 2. Then found out it has passlock 3. They both have inital relearn but 3 also has crankshaft position sensor relearn. I havnt done the csps relearn would that cause the rough running in all gears , loss of power ,and the missfire. ANYONE PLEASE HELP. IM STUCK
