Decide what level of performance you want. Hot cams mean a whole new valve train, not just the cam. The flow rate of the heads is also a factor. Do you have an automatic transmission?

Yes automatic transmission heads have intake exhaust port volume 190/72 combustion chamber volume 64cc valve size 2.02×1.60 valve springs single with camper 1056 closed pressure spring will accommodate. 540 lift

250

Lots of info missing. How many cc are the intake ports? What is the compression? What is your rear end gear? What do you want to accomplish with this? What trans is in the car? Tom

Stock transmission stock gears only looking for mild upgrades no track time just street driving only

At the very least you would want a higher stall speed torque converter. The rpm range of the cam will dictate the valve train.

The cam/pistons will also determine how much valve lift and duration your engine can use.
