What does a rebuilt title mean?

It means the the car was totaled by the insurance company, and was rebuilt by someone and was issued a branded title by the DMV. It also means turn around and run away if someone is trying to sell it. You never know how these rig got the branded title, and that is just plain scary.

In the state of Ma., there are two different titles for this application- Salvage Repairable and Reconstructed Title. You need to verify which you are asking about for me to give you 100% correct and legal information. The word rebuilt does not tell me the which one. If you still need information let ME know...
