Won't start after running out of gas

How do I reset relay ? I ran out of gas
and got some more in it.  Now it won't
start.

Better check your fuel pump is still working. It should make a brief humming noise when you switch key to "on". You can also check the fuel filter is not clogged up, after sucking the tank bone dry. If you have a fuel pressure gauge you can check for proper fuel pressures at the fuel rail (or wherever, since you didn't specify what type car you have.) Good luck.
