why 97Plymouth breeze won't start after running out of gas

Is there anything else I can do to get the car
started after running out of gas besides replacing
the fuel filter?

it wont start immediately once the fuel get empty and what you neeed to do is to open the ignition and let the fuel run into the engine for some minute and see if the car start and if is still not starting then you should go and check the pump circult.
