no check engine light on, i took it to the dealer and they cant find the problem, its that when i start the car sometimes it starts right away and sometimes it cranks like for 15 or 20 sec and then it starts and i dont have no issues with it runs and drives perfect.

No not the fuel pump. Sure sounds like your fuel pressure is dropping when it's been turned off for a while and the fuel pump has to pump for a bit to regain the fuel pressure. Typically this is caused by a faulty fuel pressure regulator. When faulty it will bleed off the fuel pressure when vehicle is turned off.

Also check your oil. Does it smell like gas? If so it could be a fuel injector stuck open and bleeding the fuel pressure off when vehicle is not running.
