won't go over 35 mph

Check the oil level. If low put some more oil in and see if it can drive over 35.

Even if you were low on oil, this would not be the problem. A plugged catalytic converter would be the first thing to check out, and vacuum leaks from the engine, engine problems.

Ok so could it still be that even if no codes pull up was told to change mass flow censor which I did yesterday ran good for about 2 miles then bogged out again
