go out in morning starts right up, if I turn it off immediately or drive it 10 -15 miles and turn it off doesn't matter it won't restart till it sits around ten minutes. it will turn over, but not start, if I spritz a little starting fluid it will fire and die and or "diesel" and die but wont stay running until it sits and then will start up without any assistance as long as it has sat to cool?

The injectors are functioning, new coil was put in (no change), timing was 3 degrees fast but within parameters according to the smog guy ( it passed California smog test by the way).
