Won't start.cranks slow...

Truck got hot shut down and cranks slow
now and won't start.Replaced water pump
already.any suggestions?I've changed
battery also...no luck..

check all the wiring starter related , you need clean tight connections , if you pull the plugs how easy does it turn by hand ? should be easy
