A/C and heater no longer work, thermostat not working either

2007 HHR - My A/C stopped working for about 3 months - when I pressed the a/c button the light on the a/c would not come on. At this same time the heater stopped working and I can no longer change the airflow to floor or defrost. Then ... all of a sudden everything started working again. The just recently stopped again, sounds to me like maybe an electrical problem.

check the wiring first and then the fuses to make sure it is tight.

Did you get this problem fixed because I'm experiencing the same problem I put a temperature control in and it didn't help at all thanks
