98 chevy 1500 runs hot new thermostat radiator and water pump also now my heater wont get hot

You need to purge the cooling system from the air pockets when you refill it. Here is a video on how to do this. It helps to have the front of the vehicle on an incline, or raised up as air bubbles rise upward. Also the only thing with this video, put the radiator cap back on when your done with the engine running. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xeTgmdRkQtY
