No engine power or no electrical power? You may need a new wiring harness after an engine fire.

Without any information on the fire damage all I can say is look at the wiring harness and all the other electronic devices including the engine computer.

It is possible that it may feel like the transmission but if it feels like it is sluggish or wants to conk out or like it won't go any faster as you try to give it gas it is possible you have a fuel pressure problem try pinching off the fuel return line from the fuel pressure regulator if it runs good pinched it is a bad fuel pressure regulator
