I have a 1998 jeep Cherokee with a 6 cyl engine I want to know will it fit in a 2006 jeep commander with no problems.

You are jumping two generations of Jeep design and it would not fit nor would it run due to computer incompatibility. The 1998 six is the inline 4.0 liter and the 2006 engine is a V6 3.7 liter. Sorry
