2000 3.0 engine swap with 1995 4.0

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hey I am wondering what all would need to
be done to swap my seized 2000 3.0 with a
1995 4.0. I know that the engine,
transmission, and computer systems need
swapped but not sure about the frame
differences, if the 4wd is the same, and other
major differences between the year and
types. I can buy the 1995 4.0 from a friend for
$500 but the front end is bent up such as the
frame, suspension system, and parts of the
4wd system. Both are Xlt and 4wd. Thanks
for all help I need it :)
